• Check the status of your service request
• Ask questions
• Find easy solutions to your issue before having to bring your system in for service
• Submit a Service Request to your system repaired.  (For Non-DCI customers your computer has to be in our service department for us to work on it.  Your computer will not be added to the queue unless it is in with our service department.  Once in the service queue repairs typically take 3 to 4 business days. For DCI Computers once you submit your request you will be contacted by a service technician.)
